Do Doggy Dooers clean the entire yard?
A: Doggy Dooers will thoroughly clean any area of your yard affected by dog waste, including the front, back, and side yards, as well as flower beds, dog runs, and more.
Do you provide dog waste removal services in all weather?
A: Doggy Dooers will clean your yard regardless of the weather—whether it’s rain, hail, or shine!
How do you ensure the safety of my dogs?
A: The safety of our clients and their dogs is our top priority at Doggy Dooers. To guarantee a safe environment, we clean all our equipment and shoes with a kennel-grade disinfectant between each yard, preventing the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures upon completion to confirm that your pets won’t escape, and we ensure all our employees undergo background checks.
Do I have to sign a contract for pooper scooper services?
A: No contracts! You can cancel your subscription at any time - the subscription is however paid monthly in advance - or quarterly for a substantial discount. Existing subscription payments cannot be refunded.
How do you dispose of the pet waste after each cleanup?
A:We take the waste with us and dispose of it responsibly in an environmentally friendly manner.
Can you clean with my dog in the yard?
A:Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If you dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.
Can I request a specific cleanup day?
A:Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. Not every cleanup day may be available in your area, but we can generally offer 2-3 options to best fit your schedule.
Do you provide arrival windows for services?
A:No, we don't provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep costs low.
